Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy 1. Independent Contractor Notice All appointments booked through this website are fulfilled by independently owned and operated home improvement businesses. The website platform is not the contractor and does not perform or supervise any work. All agreements are solely between the Customer and the Contractor identified in the “Contractor Information” section of this website. 2. Purpose of Booking Booking an appointment reserves the selected time for a Service Call, Half Day, or Full Day visit. The booking does not authorize work outside the scope of the selected service and associated labor time. 3. Home Improvement Contract (HIC) Before signing, Customers must review the full Home Improvement Contract included in the booking form. The Customer’s digital signature during booking constitutes acceptance of that Contract for the selected service. 4. Payment Terms All services are billed after completion. Materials are billed separately. Additional labor or work beyond the included time may require a separate price agreement or supplemental approval. 5. Cancellation Policy Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations, repeated rescheduling, or no-shows may result in fees or refusal of future service at the Contractor’s discretion. 6. Customer Responsibilities Customers must ensure safe access to the work area and that a responsible adult (18+) is present during the appointment. Hidden or pre-existing conditions may impact the work, timeline, or cost. 7. No Warranty on Repairs Repairs are performed on existing conditions and carry no guarantee of permanent resolution. No warranty is provided for repairs, customer-supplied materials, or materials provided by the Contractor, except where a manufacturer warranty applies.
