Cancellation Policy

Estimate Visit Policy Purpose of Estimate The estimate appointment is a preliminary evaluation of the requested work. Any pricing or recommendations provided during or after this visit are estimates only and are not guaranteed until a formal agreement is issued by the service provider. Independent Service Provider Acknowledgment This booking platform connects customers with independent service providers. The platform itself does not perform any work, does not employ the service provider, and does not guarantee availability, pricing, or outcomes. All work is performed solely by the independent provider you schedule with. Customer Preparation Please ensure that someone over 18 is present during the scheduled estimate time, with clear access to all relevant areas. Preparing photos, notes, measurements, or a punch list ahead of time will help the provider deliver a more accurate estimate. Remote Estimates (Photos / Text) When appropriate, the service provider may offer a remote estimate using photos, videos, or written descriptions submitted by the customer. Remote estimates are preliminary and may require an on-site verification before a final quote can be issued. No Contract or Obligation An estimate does not obligate the customer or the independent service provider to proceed with the project. A formal written agreement or service authorization is required before any work begins. Changes in Scope or Conditions Estimates are based on the information available at the time. If additional issues, structural conditions, or scope changes are discovered later, the provider may revise the estimate accordingly. Validity of Estimate Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated by the service provider. Material prices and availability can change, and updated pricing may be required for older estimates. Cancellation / No-Show Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Repeated cancellations, late rescheduling, or no-shows may result in the provider declining future appointments or applying a service fee. Access & Safety Requirements The customer is responsible for ensuring safe, unobstructed access to the work area. Delays caused by blocked access, unsafe conditions, or incomplete information may require rescheduling.
